Hatsu is our sister sushi omakase restaurant, serving the finest and freshest Japanese ingredients under former Yamagawa chef and award-winning chef Leon Yap. It's a cosy, intimate space — ten counter seats around the sushi bar, plus a private room for up to six.
Lunch omakase starts from $90++ and dinner omakase from $168++. A quicker lunch menu and à la carte dining are also available for guests who want something less formal than the full omakase seating.
